Malibu Weekend Gatherings

We welcome you to consider applying for one of our weekend-long gatherings. Over the weekend, we will hold two ceremonies during the night, and one during the day. We gather to focus on healing and self-empowerment, as well as personal and collective transformation. 

During our time together, we will nourish spirit and body. Lodging in shared spaces, delicious vegetarian food, time in silence and contemplation, conscious movement, meditation, sharing, good company, fresh air, open space, and integration will all be provided.

Our team has the love, care, experience and knowledge to guide you through all the deep states of consciousness that this Journey may bring. We are deeply dedicated to our practices, studies and teachings. With more than a decade of experience behind us, we are able to effectively provide the support and guidance that can facilitate both profound healing and lasting change.

For these gatherings, we choose to provide space for a maximum of 12 people, as this enables us to offer you ample, individual attention throughout your entire experience. 

For these weekends we will accept applications. From those we will ensure that the group feels in harmony and alignment with each other, and with the intentions we have set out as a team for this time.

Weekend Ceremony Gatherings, held in Malibu, CA

Join us for an intimate gathering at a beautiful property in Malibu

  • Included in the weekends are two nights and one day of sacred ceremony, all held by an experienced and dedicated team, ready to support you throughout your journey

  • We envision small groups of no more than 12 people for each gathering. This enables our experienced team to provide you with ample attention and support. 

  • We will hold 2 group calls (ZOOM) prior to these ceremonies. These will offer the space for preparation, questions, and creating a cohort group field. 

  • Upon arrival, a member of our team will sit down with you to check in with you how you are feeling, and to make sure you feel as prepared as can be for the upcoming ceremonies. 

  • The first day will involve your arrival, settling, an intake conversation and our first night in ceremony together.

  • The second day will allow space for rest, silence, relaxation and nourishment before we meet in circle for sharing, and entering into our second night of deep healing.

  • The final day sees us coming together to celebrate life in a beautiful daytime ceremony, during which a part of the Yawanawá creation story can be told. Later, sharing and nourishment will ensure your smooth transition into daily life.

  • During the weekends, there will be space for intention setting, quiet reflection and sharing. Conscious movement and Meditation will also be present during our time. 

  • During the ceremonies, you will experience music, periods of silence, healing and personal guidance as needed.

  • Delicious, nourishing food will be provided during your stay, prepared by a chef dedicated to Plant-based food. We will prepare the food mainly off-site, with the intention and purpose of keeping the ceremonial container clean and calm. 

  • After the weekends we will offer 2 group calls (ZOOM), to help facilitate your integration, to share together how the weekend has unfolded, and to offer space for questions.

  • I am grateful to feel inspired again to share ceremony, and I am looking forward to our time together. Part of my journey these last years has been finding a balance between the time and energy it takes to share ceremonies, honoring the sacred depth of those experiences, listening for the right timing of ceremony, and finding an equitable exchange.

As ceremony is such a precious time, and one which we’re only entering into just a few times a year now, we want to ensure that the spaces within these gatherings are filled by people who feel a deep calling to join. With this in mind we have created Open Access spaces, where, if in the few days prior to ceremony there is space remaining open, that spot will be offered to those who have joined the Open Access list, and who may donate an amount of their choosing. As these gatherings are held in Malibu, it helps if you are relatively local, but we endeavour to be in contact with you at least 72 hours before the gathering begins, giving you ample time to make arrangements.

Gathering details

Day 1: On arrival during the afternoon you will have the chance to settle and meet the other members of your group. A 1:1 intake conversation with a member of the team will take place, before we come together in circle to share intentions, and enter into our first evening of ceremony together.

Day 2: You will have the opportunity to spend your day relaxing, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and reflecting on your journey. In the evening, we will meet in circle once again to share, before entering into our second night of deep healing.

Day 3: On the final day we will celebrate our individual and shared experiences with a daytime ceremony. Movement, exploration and expression will all be held within the circle, before we enjoy a final round of sharing, and begin a gentle transition back into daily life.

  • Three Sacred Ceremonies (2 nights, 1 day)

  • Two group calls after the weekend to assist in your integration

  • As part of this offering, we commit to planting one Ayahuasca vine in the Yawanawá territory for each participant

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Since these are very small, intimate gatherings, the resources are carefully considered and planned for. So once you’re committed to attending, please understand we are unable to be flexible with refunds and cancellations. We ask that the full donation for the gathering is paid at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the gathering, either by PayPal, Zelle, or Bank transfer. There can be no refunds or transfers of the deposit for cancellations made less than 60 days before the first day of the gathering. In the case that we are able to fill all spaces in the gathering you may be refunded or have your donation be transferred to a future date, minus a $150 administration fee.

We ask that this policy be respected as we would love the opportunity to offer this space to another guest if you are unable to attend. Unattended reservations will be requested to pay the full value of the weekend.
