Cancellation policy

For our weekend gatherings, any cancellations made more than 2-weeks prior to the beginning of a weekend will be offered a full refund. If you cancel within the 2-week window, you will only be offered a refund if your space is filled. Otherwise, you are responsible for the full payment of the weekend. For groups of 3 or more, we request 3-weeks notice.

Subject to availability, you may transfer your offering to another gathering, but only outside of the 2(or 3)-week window. If it is within the 2(or 3)-week window, you are only able to transfer freely if your space is filled.

These are intimate gatherings, and we have long waiting lists, and each spot is very precious. Please respect our policy as we would love the opportunity to offer this space to another guest if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your support and understanding in this.

Unattended reservations will be requested to pay the full value of the weekend.

To reserve a space for this gathering, we ask that you make an initial deposit of at least 50% of the price. The other 50% is to be paid in cash upon arrival or by PayPal 14 days before the gathering starts. Alternatively, you may pay the full price of the gathering upfront.

If you cancel or change any part of your reservation more than 60 days before the first day of your gathering, you will be charged a processing fee of $75 per person. If you are choosing to cancel your reservation, the remaining balance will be refunded.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days from the first day of your gathering.
